In most cases e-mail and orders will be responded to within twenty-four hours. Should you fail to receive a timely response to a message, please do not be embarassed to send further e-mail or to telephone the shop with your enquiry.
Opening hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
It is also possible to telephone on weekday evenings (7:00pm to 10:00pm) as the shop is open for the various games clubs that meet here.
Please note that whilst I do not mind handling telephone enquiries in the evenings, it frequently means interupting in-store clubs and demonstration games. Where practical, daytime communications are prefered. Especially try to avoid calling on Tuesday evenings, as this is when the Chess Club meets. Whilst phone calls can be taken at this time, such background activity is disruptive for the chess players and it is polite to avoid this whenever possible.
