All game day participants will receive three Avacyn Restored booster packs.

Game Days are Standard format. The tournament will be Swiss-style, with the top 8 players after the Swiss rounds advancing to the single-elimination finals. In the case of an event with 16 players or less, only the top 4 will advance. Where necessary, the standings after the Swiss rounds will be used to determine final order in the standings.
In the case of an event with exactly 8 players, there will be three Swiss rounds with no single-elimination cut.
Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards. There is no maximum deck size; however, you must be able to shuffle your deck with no assistance. If a player wishes to use a sideboard, it must contain exactly fifteen cards.
With the exception of basic land cards, a player’s combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than four of any individual card, counted by its English card title equivalent. All cards named Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest are basic.
The following card sets are permitted in Standard tournaments:
Note: Cards from earlier sets that have been re-issued in any of the above sets are legal. For example, an earlier printing of a Scars of Mirrodin card (such as a Fifth Dawn version of 'Trinket Mage') would be legal.
There are currently no banned cards in Standard tournaments.
