Seehausen am See. For many years, more and more people visit this idyllic village during the annual summer fest. In these threee weeks, the breweries and beer gardens in the village make more money than during the rest of the year.
You and your opponents become hardened businessmen, who rush to Seehausan am See to invest in the nusinesses there with an eye toward the large profits that come during festival. During these threee weeks each will invest in the nusinesses and try to get his people in management positions in the breweries and beer gardens where he owns stock.The players also work to increase the size of their favourite beer gardens so that they can earn more money.
In the end, it is not the size of the beer gardens or who is in charge, but the amount of money in the players' pockets ...

Delivery
At this time delivery is only available to UK destinations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We DO NOT ship internationally.
Standard delivery is by:
- Royal Mail, 1st class (Signed For) - Est. 1-3 days - for parcels up to 2kg.
- Parcelforce 48 - Est. 2-3 days - for parcels over 2kg (or too large for the Post Office 'Small Parcel' size).
Note: Delivery is expected within 2 working days of collection, which is usually the day after booking.
P&P is not usually charged¹ for orders over £34.93 (eg. 7 items @ £4.99).
Below the free postage threshold, P&P is set at £5.99 (or £3.99 for items small enough to be sent at the current 'Large Letter' rate).
Parcels will usually be despatched on the next working day - Tuesday to Friday - after payment has been accepted and availability confirmed. Some items are subject to additional P&P charges.

Returns
Unless agreed in writing by Clifton Road Games, all returns are at the customer's own risk and expense.
Please contact Clifton Road Games (by phone or email) prior to returning any items in order that neither party is put to unnecessary expense or inconvenience.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for customer return. This category is generally reserved for products with unknown/random "collectible" content (eg. Trading Card Game Booster Packs), as well as some clearance items.
