Desperate Circumstances is the third Force Pack in the Alliances cycle for Star Wars™: The Card Game.
As the Galactic Civil War rages, its battles continue to spread from system to system and planet to planet. TIE engines roar through the skies. Blaster fire echoes off the hillsides. And galactic citizens everywhere are drawn into the fight—on one side or the other.
With its sixty new cards (two copies each of five different objective sets), Desperate Circumstances reaches far from Rebel and Imperial headquarters to follow the new alliances formed on both sides of the Galactic Civil War. You'll find the dark side reinforced by mysterious witches and a new version of the galaxy’s deadliest assassin droid while the light side’s defenders gain valuable strength from daring scouts, a Force-sensitive Lamproid, and one very special relic of the Old Republic.
This is not a standalone game experience. Requires a copy of the Star Wars™: The Card Game Core Set to play.
Delivery
At this time delivery is only available to UK destinations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We DO NOT ship internationally.
Standard delivery is by:
- Royal Mail, 1st class (Signed For) - Est. 1-3 days - for parcels up to 2kg.
- Parcelforce 48 - Est. 2-3 days - for parcels over 2kg (or too large for the Post Office 'Small Parcel' size).
Note: Delivery is expected within 2 working days of collection, which is usually the day after booking.
P&P is not usually charged¹ for orders over £34.93 (eg. 7 items @ £4.99).
Below the free postage threshold, P&P is set at £5.99 (or £3.99 for items small enough to be sent at the current 'Large Letter' rate).
Parcels will usually be despatched on the next working day - Tuesday to Friday - after payment has been accepted and availability confirmed. Some items are subject to additional P&P charges.
Important Notes:
- Additional P&P charges may apply to unusually large, heavy or valuable items.
- It is not usually possible for us to despatch items on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
- Due to post office and/or legal restrictions, some items (eg. Aerosol Paints, Craft Knives) are only available in-store. These items are listed online only to indicate their availability/price.

Returns
Unless agreed in writing by Clifton Road Games, all returns are at the customer's own risk and expense.
Please contact Clifton Road Games (by phone or email) prior to returning any items in order that neither party is put to unnecessary expense or inconvenience.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for customer return. This category is generally reserved for products with unknown/random "collectible" content (eg. Trading Card Game Booster Packs), as well as some clearance items.
