Delivery

Delivery is only available to UK Mainland (and selected non-Mainland) addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Free delivery from £34.93 including VAT (Note: some exceptions apply).

Some items are NOT available for delivery (eg. Aerosol Cans) and are listed on this website only to indicated that they are available from our retail store - Clifton Road Games, 16 Clifton Road, Exeter, EX1 2BR - and/or to make them available for Click and Collect options. These items should be clearly marked on the website, should be handled automatically by the electronic shopping cart, do not count towards totals for purposes of free delivery, and will not be processed for delivery under any circumstances.

Delivery will usually be made by:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Signed) - Est. 1-3 days - for parcels up to £150 / 20kg
  - This service includes Email notifications by default (and SMS/Text notifications if you provide your mobile number).
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - for parcels up to £750 / 20kg
  - This service includes full tracking, but does not include SMS/Text updates.
• Parcelforce 24/48 - for oversized or exceptional items

We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method/service at our sole discretion.

Delivery Expectation

Parcels will usually be processed on the next working day - Monday to Saturday - after payment has been accepted and availability confirmed:
 
      eg. Order (Monday) > Packing/Booking (Tuesday) > Collection/Despatch (Wednesday) > Delivery (Thursday)
 
We will process orders as soon as we practically can and aim to have them moving by the next working day whenever possible.
